Blue Seals 事件

算係好返左, 回到工作崗位, 面對既就係去紐約既 ultra long flight....
成班機, 最令我深刻印象就係 blue seals 事件....
話說來回美國既機, 都要check 洗手間toilet bowl 下面有冇blue seals or security stickers....如果冇就要同ism 會報, 然後ism 會叫 ground engineer 上黎check 同埋整返blue seals or security stickers....係差唔多 boarding 既時候, 有同事發現整架機既 toilet bowl 下面都冇blue seals, 於是通知ism, 而ism 就搵ground engineer 上黎整....冇幾耐就pax boarding........
咁個ground engineer 補完一個又一個洗手間toilet bowl 下既blue seals, 咁係最後galley 出面有4 個洗手間, 佢補左3 個, 剩返一個傷殘人士專用既洗手間未整....因為 occupied 左, 所以個ground engineer 係出面等....呢個時候, 前面 galley 某 阿姐打黎, 問我位 ground engineer 仲係唔係度, 因為前面有個洗手間仲係未有blue seals....咁我亦將當時既情況講左俾某阿姐聽....收線後, 我既 fp5,6 就叫我再 double check整個economy class 既洗手間d blue seals 有齊哂未.....
再隔一陣..我check 完其他洗手間返黎....ism 就開始播 safety demo, 這時我回到平時做safety demo 既位置, 呢個時候, 個ground engineeer 已經唔見左, 但洗手間仲係俾人occupied 左, 因為每一位客人都要睇safety demo, 所以y4 (因為那個洗手間係屬於佢個zone) 就拍門叫個客出黎, 點知拍極都冇人應, 於是係出面unlocked 門, 打開門發覺一個人都冇.....
 
 再望望toilet bowl 下面, 仲未有 blue seals.....而當時機門已經關左, ground engineer 自然都已經唔係機上.....阿姐只好打電話俾ism 講返個情況, 咁ism 梗係話阿姐點解唔check 清楚啦....咁阿姐亦都好自然會問究竟係邊個走去locked 那個洗手間既門吧...又咁o岩呢日我on ground 既時候去放 toiletries...但我好肯定我係冇locked 過門, 同埋我locked 門黎做乜呢? 之後阿姐再問其他同事, 冇人認自己有locked 門.....阿姐問完又問, 問完又問....問到起飛時仲問.....之後又問我y 4 係唔係好新, 點解咁遲先同佢講洗手間俾人occupied 左.....唉....講到尾, 阿姐覺得個ground engineer 走之前, 係唔係應該講聲俾我地知: "機門要關啦, 個客仲未出黎, 我要走啦....." 呢? 咁相信個情況會好點.....

唉...發生d 咁既事....大家都唔想......
最後去到紐約時, 冇人知道件事最後係點...........不過有樣野我好肯定既係.....自今次後, 我相信我永遠都會記得去美國既機都會去check 條 blue seals or security stickers 囉.....
