係咁多歐洲機中, 我覺得倫敦機係最難做.....因為俾人鬧的次數係比較多.....
今次, 我遇到一位英國佬....
話說我做完我自己個zone, 去左對面幫其中一位新人去2 man cart....當時, 派餐都派到尾聲....
阿姐與一眾同事都叫我同個客講那些是crew meal, 因為唔夠 beef with potato, 只好 heat up 埋d crew meal serve 俾d 客....我照說了....點知佢話: " you guys take a break before u serve me????" <--我心諗, 你邊對眼見過我地take 過break?! 我地一起飛就派餐啊!
佢又話: " i m the only one who is waiting..."<---我都係衰格, 我指一指佢周圍的pax, 說: ' they are also waiting for beef with potato...", 佢聽後, 望望, 立即收聲....但其他客已經係咁望住佢.....
之後我俾左個tray 佢.....叫佢enjoy 個appetizer 先...點知佢成個tray 好 rude 咁丟番俾我.....話: "u serve me tray and main course together when ur meal is ready!!!", 再一次, 佢又好大聲同我講野.......咁好啦, 既然佢想我一陣先一次過serve 佢, 咁我只好拎返個tray 先....
點知我一拎走個tray, 佢就話: " so now, i have nothing to eat!!!"
我心諗: "大佬, 又係你俾返個tray我先, 叫我一陣一齊serve....而家你又話佢冇野食...."
於是我火都黎, 我說: "that's why i give you the tray first, so u can enjoy your appetizer while the meal is still heating up.....however, you are now giving me back the tray, and telling me to serve u tray and main course together later on....and this is your choice....and again, sorry for any inconvenience caused..."
說完, 我都廢事同佢再講, 成個cabin 既人都知佢鬧緊我.....位新人一味只係呆呆咁望住我....而我只好叫新人一齊拉番個cart 回 galley.....
好好彩, 一回galley, 阿姐有兩個crew meal 已經 heat 好, 我立即拎左俾位英國佬....一出 galley, 我見到位英國佬周圍行, 睇下d 客既餐....我真係頂佢唔順, 佢連對面 aisle 既客都睇埋.....
俾左個餐佢, 佢乜氣都順哂啦....
我再回galley, 老總入左黎, 問有冇特別事發生, 我都未講, 已有同事說: " 頭先孤菇俾個客係咁鬧...".......
搞掂位英國佬, 就開始杯麵黨......點知個galley 又唔聽話....右邊galley 個tap 有水, 但個sink 去唔到水, 左邊galley 就剛剛相反, 個sink 去到水(係慢d), 但個tap 係冇水.....後來有dd 水時, 明明應該出凍水, 竟然出左熱水.....太恐怖......結果每次要水, 都要去 business class 拎....好煩.....好彩有 business class 同事幫手咋.....應call light, 去drink, 去杯麵, 做足4 個鐘冇停過, 冇坐過.......仲要london 既 custom 好煩, d seal 又要對到好o岩....終於係 1 st group rest 完返黎o岩o岩搞掂哂....
到我休息時, 對腳好似已經唔係自己咁......攞命.......

而當時得番 fish with rice 同埋 penne pasta, beef with mashed potato 冇哂啦...如果真係要, 只好heat crew meal....
因為最後好多人都要beef with potato, 所以阿姐只好heat左我地的crew meal....但需時15- 20 分鐘.....
坐 57 AC 一對夫婦, 老婆要左 pasta, 但佢老公堅持要 beef with potato, 咁我只好同佢講: "the meal is heating up now at this moment and it takes aboutt 15 to 20 mins, and i will come back to u as soon as possible..."

回程當然十分順利...因為係 night flight 呵呵.......
