今次已經係第3 次去多倫多.....最深刻睇怕都係今次....
首先去個程, 經歷左歷時兩個鐘頭的氣流....我係機尾, 見氣流好勁, 唔理三七廿一, 坐低左先, 但我見到好多好鍾意冒險既客, 唔理自己生死, 繼續覺得去洗手間大過天....
我講到口水都乾, 佢地都要去, 咁佢地要去死, 我都唔會阻佢地.....講到後來已經唔想再講.....後來連機頭叔叔都叫cabin crew, pls take ur seat....都仲係好多人要去洗手間..... 就係咁, 我坐左差唔多成個鐘, 我隔離個位同事, 坐坐下已經訓著左...haha! 
而因為機尾好搖, 所以有 call light 我都未去應住, 因為我真係唔知點行去應囉.....點知我一邊坐, 一邊見到阿五姐去應call light....佢應應下, 忽然走入黎我個galley, 叫我去 answer 下d call light....我立即面色有變....我唔係唔想去應啊, 咁搖, 加上 captain 都叫我地 take a seat, 點解係咁危險的情況下仲要去應d call light 呢? 
不過佢咁叫到, 死死氣氣都要去應....後來仲要去水....五姐話如果太搖佢自己一個去水都ok, 但我又點會俾佢自己一個人做哂喎? 佢做, 唔通我唔做咩? 最後都係係一個幾搖的情況下去水....我覺得自己冇倒瀉水真係好勁....
she asked, " do u remember there is a family sitting at 57 HJK, and the son has peanut allergy?"
i replied, " yes.."
she continued, " they want to complain..."
I said, " what happen?"
my manager answered, " they said they asked for cup noodles, however some1 said NO to him and gave him the sandwiches instead, and the 3 guys sitting in front of them were saying the same thing... "
" oh...."
she continued," then i asked them whether they remembered which crew serving them, the father did not remember, and since they are in your zone, so i wanna clarify what's happening..."
I said,"oh, i remember them, but they NEVER asked me for cup noodles! The father just asked me for 2 sandwiches and i gave them 3. For those who sitting in front of them, i have already told them what kind of snacks we carry, however, they ONLY asked me for sandwiches!!!"
My manager said, " then how about TJ ( tomato Juice)?"
I replied, " sorry, i don't understand."
my manager said, " did you say NO to them when they asked u for TJ?"
i m so shocked, and said, " is it during cocktail service or meal service or just now?"
she said, " i dont know, maybe during cocktail service.."
i said, " i can swear they NEVER ask me for any TJ..."
she said, " alright, maybe there is some misunderstanding in communications..."
she continued, " i asked them whether they would like to have the noodles now, but they said no...that's fine, i just want to clarify, thank you..."
之後老總就走左...
我聽完好嬲....我心諗乜野 misunderstanding in communications??? 佢地明明都冇講過話要 noodles, 點解要話我say no 喎???
之後前面galley 既同事都知呢件事, 走黎安慰我, 話個堆客唔係好人黎...因為老總同那位同事講, 那個客係咁話 singapore airline 點點點....blahblahblah.....老總都feel 到個客想 "R" 野...所有都廢事理....
我, 那位同事, 同埋阿姐知呢件事後, 都說:"你咁唔鍾意, 米去坐星航囉!!!!"
期後有d 同事rest 完番黎, 要 pass d info 俾佢地, 所以我就講左呢件事出黎....可能我partner 見到我有d 嬲, 拍一拍我膊頭說...."唔好咁嬲, 我地明白架啦..."...嗚.....
到第2 個service 時, 真係望都唔想望個兩行人...正一衰人.....
希望佢地唔會complain 啦....唔係我真係好冤枉....嗚....

可能有得訓成4 個半鐘的關係, 所以班機都幾易過既....去到多倫多, 冇哂mood, 因為天氣好差, 係咁落雨.....不過第2 天都照太后的原定計劃, 約左新相識的朋友出街....我又唔係特別緊張, 反而對方就好似好緊張....起初都好怕冇乜野傾....但都ok 啦, 有傾有笑.....行下街, 食下野咁....其後打算去 CN tower, 但因為個日落雨, 同埋好大霧, 完全係 0 visible, 所以冇上到去啦....其實, 可以交多一位朋友都幾開心....同埋不得不承認, 佢真係好高, 幾靚仔, 好斯文, 同埋好怕羞....不過我不會考慮, 因為佢細我成好幾年...

回程...差唔多15 個鐘頭的飛行時間, 當中發生左件不愉快事件...就係有人要 complain 孤菇!!!!
話說坐57 HJK係一家人, 57 H 的爸爸一take off就同我講佢個仔（廿幾歲）有peanut allergy, 咁o岩o岩我有revise 過下公司的newsletter, 所以都做哂自己應該做既野.....仲好關心佢地添.....那時, 我都仲覺得佢地係好人.....
之後做完第一個service, 1 st group 同事去左rest, 咁得番我一個係最後的galley 當值, 有次 57 H 的爸爸按左個call bell, 咁我出去應啦, 佢話要兩個sandwiches 俾佢既仔女食....咁我拎夠 3 個啦...諗住佢爸爸都有得食麻...冇耐, 前面個行56 HJK 又按 call bell, 佢地問我有d乜野 snacks 食, 咁我講左出黎, 我問佢地想食d 乜, 佢地又說 " sandwiches", 好, 咁我又拎多3個sandwiches....
而呢個時候, 開始好多人問我拎杯麵食...

回家路上, 發生了猶如拍戲中的橋段.....又一個驚喜....真係難忘....
